Can I return my order?

Should you for any reason wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us to customerservice@plastica.pt within 15 days of purchasing stating the following:

• Your Order Number

• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please tell us what product, size and colour you would like. If no information is provided we will assume you would like a refund.

After this e-mail, the product should be sent in it’s original condition (package included) for the following address:

We also advise you keep your postage tracking reference until your return has been processed.

Returns postage costs will not be refund, however, they won’t be charged on re-dispatches. Please note: If you are returning your order from outside of the European Union, Plastica Online Shop will not be responsible for clearance customs issues. All customs charges will need have to be paid by the customer.
