After register you are able to place orders and you can access all promotions and special vouchers. Register process is quick and easy. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with this information including the expected date of delivery. If the order is not delivered within the time specified, contact the customer service for further information.

If the order wasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel or make changes to it. In this case you should contact customer service for this purpose.



The products displayed in plastica.pt are always available?

Every order is subject to confirmation of availability. In case of any changes or products out of stock, plastica.pt reserves the right to inform the customer of alternative products. Under these circumstances, if the user doesn’t want to replace by other alternative products, the value of the order is refunded.


Can I filter items for a faster search?

Yes. You can filter items by gender (man, woman, child, baby or unisex) size, color, style or designer to find immediately the product you are looking for.


Is there any Size Guide available in the website?

Yes. When you select an article you have access to a size guide to help you choose the correct size. If you still have any doubts please consult size suggestions for each model.


How can I know the appropriate size for each model?

Despite the European numbering indicated, there are models that have different sizes from others. In the "Description" field in each article there is always a reference and a size suggestion acoordingly to the fiiting of each model.




What is the average delivery time?

Order shipped to Portugal will be delivered 1 to 2 days after payment. Orders shipped to Madeira and Azores Islands and Peninsular Spain will be delivered in a maximum period of 9 working days. Europe and Worldwide orders will be delivered in a period from 5 to 10 days.

We deliver Worldwide by UPS and CTT Expresso. All shipments are made from Portugal.

Should you for any reason wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us to customerservice@plastica.pt within 15 days of purchasing stating the following:

• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please tell us what product, size and colour you would like. If no information is provided we will assume you would like a refund.

Returns postage costs will not be refund, however, they won’t be charged on re-dispatches.
